It's just over three weeks away before the big local showdown between Jimmy Lange and Tony Jeter. The Lange vs Jeter card is scheduled for October 27, 2012. It was just eight days ago (Sept. 22,2012) when Tony Jeter of Stevensville, MD defeated Tyrel Brown by TKO in the 5th round to become the new WBC FECARBOX Middleweight Champion. Jeter was the promoter and matchmaker of that card. Jeter has a record of 14-3-1 (10KO's).
Great Falls, VA native Jimmy Lange is bringing another great show for the fans back to the Patriot Center. Whenever Lange fights there, he always has thousands of supporters. Lange is coming off a eight month layoff. His last fight was Feb. 11,2012 against Ruben Galvan. Lange won that bout with a 12 round unanimous decision. The bout between Lange and Jeter was first scheduled for June 23rd, but was cancelled because of and injury Lange suffered. Lange has a record of 38-4-2 (25KO's).
