Results From The Belfast-Beltway Boxing Classic!

The 2019 Belfast-Beltway Boxing Classic which took place this past weekend, April 27th at the Marriott Washington Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, DC.
In the 67-70 pound division Michael O'Connor of Oxon Hill Boxing Gym defeated Levar Adams. These two young boxers battled from start to finish. It was a ver crowd pleasing performance and was voted Bout Of The Night.
The brother of Michael, Patrick O'Connor, defeated his Oxon Hill teammate Joshua Briggs in the 110 pound weight class.
Saleem Rafaie (Oxon Hill) defeated Laron Manning (Oxon Hill) at 75 pounds while Amir Lee (Oxon Hill) defeated Rafaie's brother, Sameer, at 85 pounds.
Khaliq Harrison (Hillcrest) won his bout over Yeshaya Franklin of West Virginia at 125-130 pounds.
In the Belfast vs. Beltway bouts against boxers from Ireland:
Keith Burroughs (Oxon Hill) defeated Diarmuid Bradley (Holy Trinity) at 97-101 pounds.
Reginald Clark (Oxon Hill) defeated Thomas Orr (Lisburn) at 130 pounds.
Gary Arthurs (Gleean) defeated Dontae Smith (Oxon Hill) in a 150 pound contest.
Jahmal Harvey (Oxon Hill) defeated Peter Devine (Oliver Plunkett) in 120 pound bout.
In the 200 pound weight class Edward McDonough (Galway) defeated Francis Poulos (Diamonds N The Ruff).
Sampson Hayes (Diamonds N The Ruff) defeated Rory Trainor (Ardonye Holy Cross) in a 150 pound contest.
Aaron Daly (Castlebar) defeated Deonte Washington (Diamonds N The Ruff) at a 152 pounds.
