Results From The NoXcuse Promotions Boxing Card In Fort, Washington, Maryland

Here are the results from the NoXcuse Promotions professional boxing card that took place Saturday night, August 13th at Rosecroft Raceway in Fort Washington, Maryland.

Rianna Rios of Upper Marlboro, MD defeated Moni Trejo of Saltillo, Coahuila de Zaragoza, Mexico by unanimous decision in the main-event of the NoXcuse Promotions card.

It was all Rios in this six-round women's bantamweight contest. From the sound of the opening bell Rios came forward landing shots from her southpaw style. Rios was clearly the harder puncher as she landed body shots that caused Trejo to fight going backwards. Trejo landed a couple of clean shots on Rios, but it wasn't enough to take Rios away from her game plan. The stronger Rios continued her aggressive body attack in every round. Trejo appeared to want the rounds to be over quicker as Rios pressured her from one side of the ring to the other. All three judges scored the contest for Rios with the scores of 60-54 and 59-55 twice.

Rianna Rios (5-0, 1 KO) while Moni Trejo falls to (2-3-2, 1 KO).
