Gervonta Davis has mocked Ryan Garcia for "pretending" to be Mexican, the American fighter assures that "King Ray" uses that strategy to attract Aztec fans, but he will indeed fight for them, he even confessed that he loves tacos.
"Support me, I'm going to fight for you, I love my Mexican fans. Ryan how can he consider himself Mexican, he doesn't even speak Spanish. He's not Mexican, he's actually from Los Angeles," he commented at the press conference.

Ryan Garcia is not worried about Gervonta Davis.
"It's a very different fight. You never know, against Gervonta it might be easier. On paper he's a tougher fighter, but only on paper. You never know," Ryan commented to several reporters.
Gervonta Davis is 1.66 m. and has a reach of 1.71, the advantage goes to Ryan Garcia, who stands at 1.78 and has a reach of 1.78. For Gervonta to connect he has to look for the fight at short. "Davis will really have to stretch to hit me," added Ryan.
