The Prince George's County Council honored a Proclamation award to IBF/WBA/IBO 154-Pound world champion "Swift" Jarrett Hurd today, April 17th at the County Administration Building in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
Councilmember Mel Franklin, who is the councilmember in Jarrett's district in Accokeek, MD. did the honors of presenting Jarrett with the Proclamation.
