In the co-feature of Showtime's Shobox The New Generation telecast Baltimore, MD super featherweight Glenn Dezurn lost by eighth-round TKO to Joshua "Don't Blink" Greer of Chicago, IL.

Joshua Greer Jr last seven bouts has developed a style as a power puncher that stops his opponents. In the first round Dezurn stayed on the inside of Greer and was able to land a few body shots and head shots to catch the attention of Greer.

Greer sneaked a right hand through Dezurn's guard that sent him wobbling into the corner with thirty seconds left in second-round. Greer went for the stoppage once he saw Dezurn was hurt, but the round came to a close. Another right hand from Greer hurt Dezurn again early into the third, but Dezurn was able to finish the round. Dezurn's heart is what probably helped him win the fourth-round, but he was badly hurt again in rounds five and six.

It was the right hand Greer is known for sent Dezurn to the canvas early into round 8. He beat the count, but Greer threw a flurry of punches that forced Benjy Esteves to stop the fight at 1:47.

Glenn Dezurn has a record of (9-2-1, 6 KO's) while Joshua Greer is now won (17-1-1, 9 KO's).
