Francisco Bustos Gets Easy Win Over Jauvan John At The Live! Casino Hote Event Center.

In the final bout of the Jeter Promotions card at the Live! Casino Hotel Event Center in Hanover, Maryland Rockville, MD's Francisco Bustos defeated Jauvan John by 45 second first round knockout. This was a rematch between the two fighters. Bustos landed a solid body shot that sent John to the canvas to end the fight early.
Francisco Bustos is now (8-0, 5 KO's) while jauvan John is now (2-7-1).
Demond Nicholson Stops Isaac Rodrigues To Win WBC USNBC Super Middleweight Title!

In the main event of the Jeter Promotions card inside the Live! Casino Hotel Event Center in Hanover Maryland Demond "D'BestAtIt" Nicholson got a six round knockout over the tough Brazilian Isaac Rodrigues to win the WCB USNBC super middleweight title.
Nicholson started the bout out very well by using his jab to maintain the distance he needed to open up the opportunity to land solid right hands on Rodrigues. Nicholson continued to be aggressive in the next two rounds but Rodrigues was able to find his mark on Nicholson. Rodrigues looked to have Nicholson hurt a little but it wasn't enough to stop Nicholson from regaining control of the bout. In round six Nicholson's bodywork made the difference. Nicholson kept his jab working as he forced Rodrigues to keep a high guard. That's when Nicholson landed a vicious shot to the body of Rodrigues to drop him to the canvas and unable to beat the ten count. Referee Harvey Dock finished the count at 2:07 of round six.
Nicholson is now (18-3-1, 18 KO's) while Rodrigues is now (25-3, 20 KO's).
Fox Wins Decision Over Corley At The Live! Casino Hotel In Hanover, Maryland!

In the co-main event of the Jeter Promotions card at the Live! Casino Hotel Mykal "The Professor" Fox won by unanimous decision over DeMarcus "Chop Chop" Corley.
In a scheduled ten round contest of two local super lightweights it was Forestville, MD's Mykal "The Professor" Fox taking on veteran DeMarcus "Chop Chop" Corley. It was a clear height difference between the two, Fox 6'4" vs. Corley's 5'6". With being the shorter fighter Corley had Fox fighting backwards most of the bout. It was the reach of Fox that gave him the defensive advantage. At times Corley got inside the guard of Fox to land some body shots and looping right hands. As Fox was still fighting backwards he was able to keep a good distance to land his jab. Judges David Braslow and Paul Wallace scored the bout 96-94 while John Gradowski scored it 98-92.
Fox remains undefeated at (18-0, 4 KO's) and Corley is now (51-32-1, 28 KO's).
Undercard Results From The Live! Casino Hotel In Hanover, Maryland!

The Jeter Promotions card at the Live! Casino in Hanover, MD opened with a four round cruiserweight bout. Washington , DC's Charles Johnson winning by TKO at 2:02 of the third round over the debuting Chester Stewart of Bowie, MD.
Stewart was the taller of the two fighters and used his reach by landing shots to the head and body of Johnson. Johnson was staggered for a short moment in the second round but made a quick recovery to send Stewart to the canvas with a right hand to the head. In the third round Johnson closed the show by dropping Stewart for the final time.
Johnson is now (1-1, 1 KO) while Chester Stewart starts his career off at (0-1).
In the second bout of the evening Zarifbek "ZZZ" Nishanbaev defeated Kevin Womack Jr. by TKO at 2:30 of the forth round.
In this four round super welterweight contest both fighters were landing some good shots on each other. It was in the final round when Nishanbaev landed a crushing right hand to the head of Womack to send down on his back. Womack beat the eight count, but Nishanbaev jumped back on him causing the referee to stop the bout.
Zarfbek Nishanbaev improves to to (5-1, 4 KO's) while Womack is now (8-17-4, 6 KO's).
In a special attraction Live! Casino Hotel employee Dante Cox of Elkridge, MD got a TKO victory over Varon Webb.
Cox and Webb put on a very even contest for the first two rounds. Cox stepped up the pressure in the third round by coming forward and landing some hard shots that hurt Webb to finish the round. Webb's corner say that Webb wasn't able to continue and asked the referee to stop the bout.
Dante Cox is now (3-0, 2 KO's) and Webb is now (0-2).
In a six round middleweight contest Donald Wallace stops Ashton Sykes by TKO at 2:50 of round six.
Wallace was very effective in this bout by using his speed to land counter shots on Sykes. In round three Wallace opened up with some vicious head shots to back Sykes up into the corner. Sykes came back strong in round five to land a few shots of his own. Wallace closed the final round out strong by putting together a solid combination to put Sykes on wobbly legs. Referee Harvey Dock saw enough and waived of the contest.
Donald Wallace improves to (3-1-1, 2 KO's) as Ashton Sykes falls to (2-2).
The rest of the undercard bouts will take place after the televised card which starts at 9pm on the CBS Sports Network.
