Nations Fight Night Inside The Howard Theatre On August 12th!




August 12th looks to be a action-packed night of professional boxing at the Howard Theatre in Washington, DC.  Nations Fight Night has put together a card full of talented young fighters that will feature undefeated, Patrick Harris 11-0 (7KOs) in the main-event. The co-main event will feature Jarron Boots 13-0 (11KOs).

Also on the card will be world gold medalist Tiara Brown 2-0, Kareem Martin 8-1-1 (3KOs), world medalist Franchon Crews 1-1, Tyrek Irby 3-0, and Shyngyskhan Tazhibay 4-0. 


This event will be hosted by WBA World Welterweight Champion LaMont Peterson and his younger brother Anthony Peterson, who also is a very talented professional fighter with a record of (37-1, 24KO's).

Music will be provided by award-winning DJ Quicksilva. Also there will be a special live performances by Backyard Band. 

A portion of the proceeds will be given to The Midtown Youth Academy.

Amateur And Professional Referee Brent Bovell Has A Recognizable Career!


When you dedicate yourself to learning as much as possible the day will come when you are asked to teach!

Brent Smoothref Bovell is a official and referee in both amateur and professional boxing. On the amateur side, he's certified by USA Boxing and (AIBA) International Boxing Association. In the professional ranks he judges and referee bouts in Washington, DC and the state of Maryland. Brent currently has over 2200 amateur fights, and some of those took place in, Ireland, Russia and the Ukraine and 152 professional fights, with most being in the state of Md. 

He is a member of the referee/judges commission for USA Boxing and they have invited Brent Bovell out to Colorado Springs, CO to teach a workshop to judges and chief of officials from August 3-6th.
