Tyrieshia Douglas Gets First Loss In Argentina!

In a ten round IBF Flyweight title champion bout against Leonela Yudica in Argentina Tyrieshia Douglas wasn't able to convincingly sway the judges in her favor. Yudica did enough to avoid the pressure that Douglas was trying to force. As Douglas was throwing the seemingly harder punches they couldn't connect. Yudica's defense was the telling moments that ultimately shined for the judges. Douglas loses her first bout by unamious decision with the scores of 97-93 and 96-94 (twice).

Tyrieshia Douglas falls to 9-1, four KO's while Yudica remains undefeated at 10-0-3.
