KEYSTONE PROMOTIONS Right Back At It!!!

Just two weeks ago (March 10,2012) Gene Molovinsky of Keystone Promotions presented a great fight card at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. They decided back in mid January to put the March 10th eight bout show together. In just 2 months the show was a complete sale out and the fans loved every bout. Their timing could not have been better. Golden Boy Promotions and HBO came to DC back in December 10, 2011 to kick start things by hosting two of the best local fighters in the area being DC's Lamont Peterson beating Amir Khan from the United Kingdom for the WBA Super World and IBF light welterweight titles, Brandywine Maryland's Seth Mitchell defeating Timur Ibragimov from Tashkent, Uzbekistan in an impressive 2nd round TKO. Both fighters have upcoming fights. Peterson will be facing Khan again for the WBA  and IBF rematch on May 19,2012 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Seth Mitchell on April 28,2012 will be fighting Chazz Witherspoon at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ. So Keystone Promotions is starting to keep the boxing trend going in the DC area. The fans in DC will have lots to watch in the next two months to come. Gene Molovinsky wasted no time by reserving the May 12th date so the fans will have another bigger and exciting fight card to see. Tickets will be coming soon for May 12th fights at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center so stay on the look out for them.
