Both camps seem to have much respect for each other, but in the back of the minds of Khans camp they feel they have something to prove. Not being said directly at the press conference Khan seems as if he was cheated out of his title. Peterson feels that he put on a great performance for his fans in DC, and he also feels he has worked hard for his new title and is willing to die inside the ring to keep it. Peterson is showing he has the heart of a true champion and isn't going to make easy work for Khan in Las Vegas May 19, 2012. Khan's camp says all the tickets are sold out in the UK for the fight here in the US and the fans will be here in great numbers. Peterson says he has been training the date he stepped out of the ring back on Dec. 10 2011. The winner of this fight will move on and it looks like the Peterson vs Khan trilogy will come to an end on May 19.
