Back on July 12, 2008 Thompson had his shot at Klitschko for the title but lost with a 11th round KO, but since that loss he has 5 straight KO wins. Thompson 36-2 (24KO's) being ranked #7 in the world and #1 in the US wants the IBF to order a rematch with the Ukrainian Heavyweight Champion. (Maybe in July)
