Washington, DC's Dusty Hernandez-Harrison is now the WBC Youth Welterweight World Champion. He defeated Josh Torres of Albuquerque, New Mexico by unanimous decision in a ten round contest. Judges scored the bout 100-90, 100-90, and 98-92. The bout took place at the Madison Square Garden Theater in New York.
Harrison improves his record to 18-0, 10 KO's while Torres falls to 12-3-1, 5 KO's.
