Barry Hunter Trainer, Former USA Coach and Creator of Headbangers Boxing will go into the DC Boxing Hall of Fame as a 2016 Inductee

WHAT:           Washington, DC native and world renown boxing trainer Barry Hunter will be inducted into the 2016 class of the Washington, D.C., Boxing Hall of Fame at its upcoming 32^ndAnnual Awards and Induction Banquet on Friday, November 11, 2016, 8pm at Martin’s Crosswinds.  Hunter has been a trainer for twenty plus years to many notable professionals and a talented pool of amateur boxers.  That list of professional fighters includes Lamont and Anthony Peterson, Adrian Broner, Austin Trout, Sharmba Mitchell, Tony Thompson and a host of others.  Hunter will be available for interviews by phone through Andre Johnson at the contact number below or at the event on Friday at Martin’s Crosswinds.
