Jarrett Hurd And Travon Marshall Victorious In Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

In a battle of once-beaten super welterweights, Landover, MD's Travon Marshall took on Harrisburg, PA's Roudly Lolo. 

This contest was one of 12 fights on a Kings Promotions' "Ring Wars VII" event from the Wind Creek Event Center in Bethlehem, PA. 

It was a back-and-forth slugfest. Both fighters landed solid blows in the first round, with Lolo seemingly having the edge. 

In the second, Marshall had the edge. 

Lolo landed big shots in the beginning of the third. Marshall responded with his own power shots, with this right hand planting Lolo on the canvas. Impressively, Lolo was able to beat the count and continue in the bout. 
That did not last long, as Marshall's follow-up salvo lead to referee David Braslow to stop the fight. The official time of the stoppage was 2:14 of the third round, Marshall the winner by TKO. 
The stoppage returns Marshall to his winning ways, his record niw 9-1 (8). Lolo's record is 6-2-2 (3).

Former unified super welterweight champion, Jarret "Swift" Hurd of Accokeek, MD returned to the ring tonight at the Wind Creek Event Center in Bethlehem, PA. 

Hurd looked to snap a two-bout losing streak against Meridian, MS's Tyi Edmonds. 

Hurd versus Edmonds, an eight-round super middleweight bout, was one of 12 contests on Kings Promotions' "Ring Wars VII" event. 
It was a somewhat cautious bout early, with Hurd landing the more effective blows and controlling the action 
After landing some good shots in the third, Hurd took control in the fourth. 
Pictured, Hurd stands over Edmonds after a right hand to the body put Edmonds on the canvas. 

Edmonds was able to continued, with Hurd putting Edmonds down again in the fourth. Edmonds was able to finish the round. 

The official time of the stoppage was 3:00 of the fourth round, Hurd the winner by TKO. 

Hurd returns to his winning ways with the stoppage, his record 25-3 (17). Edmonds is 14-6 (9).
