Results From The Davis Boxing Promotions In Washington, D.C.

Here are the official results for the Davis Boxing Promotions Boxing card at the Mary Virginia Merrick Recreation Center in SE, Washington. DC. Saturday night, August 12th.

In the main event D'Wayne Holmes Jr. defeated James Lester by second round knockout. Holmes put on a more than solid performance. Holmes landed some hard punches to send Lester to the canvas and not beat the ten count from referee Malik Waleed. The bout ended at 30 seconds of round two.

Ervin Fuller, III of Ft. Washington, Maryland won by four-round unanimous decision over Jenn Gonzalez with all three judges scoring the bout the same at 40-36.

Fuller improves to (4-0, 2 KO's).

Shakell Daly get a fourth round TKO over Christopher Nelson. Daly landed multiple shots to force the referee to stop the contest at 2:05.

Andrew Collins defeated Leonidas Fowlkes by TKO at 1:13 of the third-round. Collins was dropped to the canvas but came back to put Fowlkes down to get the stoppage.
