Hernandez-Harrison looked very comfortable in this scheduled eight-round bout. He used his jab very effectively to keep Jenkins Jr. off balance. Going into the midway point of the contest Harrison made it look more easier as he put combinations together to win rounds.

In the fourth round Harrison saw that his punches were doing damage so he added more pressure. Harrison put together a hard and quick four punch combination to drop Jenkins to the canvas where referee Dave Braslow decided the fight couldn't continue. He waived the bout off at 2:17 of the fourth round.

Harrison improves his record to (32-0-1, 17 KO's) while Jenkins Jr. falls to (10-6, 3 KO's).
